Guided Elephant Drive

A guided experience tracking desert-adapted elephants along the Ugab River.

Join our guided elephant drive for the rare opportunity to encounter desert-adapted elephants in their natural environment along the Ugab River. Led by experienced guides, this respectful and insightful experience offers a deeper understanding of these remarkable animals and their ability to survive in harsh desert conditions.

As you follow tracks through the riverbeds and surrounding landscape, each drive offers a unique and unpredictable encounter, making every experience truly special and memorable.

Duration: 1.5 – 3.5 hours (depending on elephant location)

Group Size Capacity: Up to 39 guests

What to Bring: Camera, hat, sunscreen, and comfortable neutral-coloured clothing

Departure: 07:00 (morning) or 15:00 (afternoon)
